I think the coffee machine is clogged up are you sure a cup didn’t get stuck have you tried pulling it off ? 

Let me check if we have to clean it up no I think the machine needs to be serviced maybe we should arrange a meeting with a technician to shed some light on the issue and try to repair it 

But I am worried there might be a bigger problem lurking 

Then maybe there is a looming opportunity to replace the machine
